Characteristics
Allows detection of deficiencies in the cavitation performance of the ultrasonic washing machine.
A self-adhesive Record Card accompanies each vial where data about the ultrasonic washing control process can be recorded.
Instructions for use
Ultrasonic washers should be checked at least once per week and the results should be recorded. There are two types of tests (see figure) and CDWU indicator can be used in both:
